第25届中国国际教育年会主体活动（全体大会、CACIE之夜、平行论坛、合作洽谈、交流活动、中国国际教育展北京站）将于2024年10月31日-11月2日在北京举办。

全体大会（CACIE Plenary）将于10月31日上午举行，10余位极具国际影响力的发言嘉宾将逐一公布，敬请期待！

白玉堂，法国驻华大使。他曾在法国驻美国大使馆负责亚洲和非洲事务，还担任过法国驻华大使馆政务参赞、法国总统亚洲和大洋洲事务顾问、法国驻纽约总领事、法国驻越南大使，以及总理外事顾问。

Bertrand LORTHOLARY, Ambassador of France to China. He covered Asian and African political issues at the French Embassy. After Washington, he served as senior counsellor for political affairs at the French Embassy in China, senior advisor for Asian and Pacific affairs to the President of the French Republic in New York, Consul General of France in New York, French Ambassador to Vietnam, and chief diplomatic advisor to the Prime Minister of the French Republic.
