查尔斯·L·韦尔奇博士，美国州立学院和大学协会(AASCU)的第七任主席。曾任阿肯色州立大学系统校长、阿肯色州亨德森州立大学校长、美国学术领导力学院董事会副主席。
Dr. Charles L. Welch is the seventh president of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU). He has worked as the President of the Arkansas State University System, President of Henderson State University (AR) and Vice Chair of the American Academic Leadership Institute Board of Directors.
